The Model HT

This machine is a manual operated plate shear with a cutting capacity of up to 1.25mm steel, in relation to 2040mm of working length.

Handling of this machine is simple; sheets are placed between the cutting bars and cut by dropping one of the levers on either side of the machine. The cutting bar is driven by an eccentric operated by levers.

The Model HT is a durable, welded steel construction.   

On each side of the cutting table there are rectangular gauges with a scale of 320mm of stainless steel.

During the cut, a mechanical hold-down bar with non-skid ebonite lining holds the part and an extensible support bar in front of the machine enlarges the area of support to 920mm.

All bearings and guides are maintenance-free.
