The ModelMAB

Motor driven with a bending ability of a maximum of 2.0mm in relation to a 3100mm working length.

Top of its class because of its power and speed of the frequency inverter controlled machine elements.

Design allows for maximum flexibility from both thin materials to aluminum sheet thicknesses of 3mm.

ModelMAB’s machine elements are compact and provide ultimate safety in front of the machine.

With MAB/CNC version with SCHECHTL CNC Touch Control and a motor driven back gauge bending sheets of 3000m is a one-man job.

The sheet is led through the upper and lower beams and then clamped with the controlled upper beam.

The piece does not slide forwards being clamped and the accuracy is preserved.

The upper beam clamping pressure can be adjusted on each side of the machine separately and the upper beam can be opened to approximately 140mm.

Comes with a sharp edged rail and profile rail of 20 degrees, R = 2mm for the upper beam and one of each insert rail 68/10 and 68/24 for the bending beam.

All bending rails are exchangeable and the bending beam can be adjusted to different sheet thicknesses in seconds.

The machine has easy bending beam and upper beam adjustment and the bearings and guiding’s are maintenance free.

The machine provides a moveable foot switch and eccentric driven upper beam.

The upper, lower and bending beams are made from massive welded steel design.

The machine also boasts Moeller control elements, SEW motors and CNC Touch Control with an option of a frequency inverter.
