A Wide Deck Machine is an angular trapezoidal fluted sheet that is similar to the IBR profiled sheeting.

The difference is the cover width of the sheet and the depth of the flutes. 

Widedeck sheeting has a cover width of 760mm.

The depth of the flutes on Widedeck sheeting are 28,5mm.

Using this type of sheeting has a cost saving advantage of 10% on IBR, offering more cover width.

This product profile has become popular in South Africa due to the cost saving benefit, however one must be made aware that the Purlin spacing when using this sheet need to be closer than that of IBR.
