PU Sandwich Panel Line

This line includes:

•    Hydraulic uncoiler
•    Film covering unit
•    Rollforming machine
•    Preheating oven
•    Polyurethane foaming system
•    Double conveyor
•    Double heating unit
•    Cutting unit
•    Automatic stacker unit   

The PU Sandwich Panel Line is multi-functional; for example thermal isolation, sound isolation as well as flame resistance.
The machine features a heated air recycle oven with strict tempreture control of the PU foam.
The high pressure foaming system insures accurate measurement and stability.
This Panel Line is also enviromentally friendly as it uses 141B foaming agent in place of carbon chloral fluoride.
A speciall double belt conveyor forms part of the PU Sandwich Panel Line.
