This fixed angle notching machine is prearranged for the mounting of the punch head.

The shearing head is attached to the rigid columns to prevent load oscillation of the head during the punching phase.

During the notching phase, the shearing head must be able to swing back and forth in the four directions to allow the auto-adjustment of the upper blades with respect to the lower ones.

For this purpose, two locking levers are set to the rear of the machine with the function of blocking or unblocking the head depending on whether the machine is punching or notching.

The auto-adjustment patented system between the upper and the lower blades allows simultaneous cutting of different thicknesses.

The AV/PA version is predisposed for the mounting of a punching head for carrying out drilling, beading, nibbling, shutter slits and straight cuts. There is also the option of activating the cutting and punching unit with the reversing button.

The cutting capacity of variable angle notching machine is 4mm thickness and the cutting angle can be adjusted from 30 degrees to 140 degrees.

Subject of a Simasv patent, the most important characteristic of this variable angle notching machine is the automatic adjustment of the slack between the blades from 1mm to 4mm in thickness.

The cut may start from the tip or the base of the blades and the auto-adjustment system between the upper and lower blades allows simultaneous cutting of different thicknesses.

The machine is equipped with hydraulic blade blockage.
