Deroller for 300kg, with brakes, bearing on two sides, self aligning. Coil is loaded directly on the deroller by crane or fork lift.

fork lift and be pushed through the coil before expanding the mandrel manually.
The coil with the mandrel must be lifted back on the undercarriage.

VERSION: stationary, steerable or stackable frame

ADVANTAGE: lower price

DISADVANTAGE: difficult loading and risk of damaging the coil

USAGE: rare coil changes and no sensitive product surfaces
