This Cleatformer is a ‘Super Speed” performer specially designed for extra-high speed production of “S” cleats, plus a number of other choices of profiles available for mounting on the auxiliary shafts.  It will produce these shapes at an average speed of 75 feet per minute.

You get 9 forming stations for absolute control of part shape and accuracy, plus the same heavy-duty gear construction as the Pittsburgh Lock Models 16 & 18 – with heavy duty production roller race bearings throughout transmission and reduction gearing.
