Model UK is a manual operated bending machine with a capacity of max. 1,5 mm sheet thickness (related to 1000 mm working length) or 1,0 mm sheet thickness (related to 2000 mm working length) for Model UKV. The difference between the UK series and the UKV series iare stronger upper, bending and lower beam elements. So model UKV covers a larger range of applications from up to 2000 mm working length and up to 2,0 mm thicknesses.

The remarkable things about the two models are the segmented toolings at all three bar elements, upper beam, lower beam and bending beam. Therefore it is possible to bend parts at all 4 sides and produce even complex box shapes with flanshes up and down .

The segments go from 30 mm to 100 mm or even 200 mm at model UKV. With the snap-on system all segments at upper, lower and bending beam are fixed to a support rail by our patented quick clamping system. Thus the segments can be changed and combined quickly without using any additional screws and tools. Single segments can be removed from the support rail to get space for preformed flanges. Working a part on all four sides without using any additional inserts nor damaging already formed flanges - that is model UK and UKV. The segmented tooling system give you all opportunities.

All UK/UKV models have a standard foot pedal for closing the upper beam. Therefore <ou are much faster in possitioning your part and accuracy is significantly higher.

A detachable toolbox behind the machine serves both as storage for segments and as a sheet support. It come standard just like an angle gauge for repetitive bendings and a set of wheels.

Additional options are a roller shear, special segments to bend window sillsand different back gauge systems.

Model TBA is a manual folding machine with a capacity of max. 0,63 mm sheet thickness (related to 1000 mm working length). It is especially small and handy. With a total weight of 44 kg it can even be carried by one person and it is a useful tool at the job site. It is the perfect bending and cutting (see roller shear) tool for small sheet metal applications. Model TBA can be mounted on every work-bench or van. There is also an optional a floor-stand available.

Model TBA is a welded steel design. The part is laid between upper and lower bar and the upper beam closes vertically by a lever on the right side of the machine. The clamping pressure of the upper beam can be adjusted on each side of the machine by a locking screw. The max. opening of the clamping beam is 40 mm.

Motorized Bending Machine

Model MAX is a motor driven bending machine with a capacity of max. 1,5 mm (related to 3100 mm working length). Model MAX stands for power, speed, operating comfort and flexibility. The speed of the bending beam with 80°/sec and the opening of the upper beam with 50 mm/sec are impressing. The upper beam opens while the bending beam moves down so the part can to be positioned for the next step simultaneously. The combination of the SCHECHTL CNC Touch Control, the motor-operated back gauge and the movable foot switch provides a bending system for "one-man-operation" even for sheets up to 3100 mm.

The work sheet is led through upper- and under beam and clamped perpendicular with the controlled closing of the upper beam. So the piece doesn't slide forwards being clamped and the accuracy is preserved. The upper beam clamping pressure can be adjusted on each side of the machine separately. The upper beam can be opened to approx. 140 mm.

Model MAX comes standard with a sharp rail 20° and a profile rail 20°, R = 2 mm for the upper beam and one of each insert rail 68/10 and 68/24 for the bending beam. All bending rails are exchangeable. The bending beam may be adjusted to different sheet thicknesses and radius' within seconds.

Model MAB is a motor driven bending with a capacity of max. 2,0 mm (related to 3100 mm working length). The power and speed of the frequency inverter controlled machine elements make model MAB a "work horse" among bending machines. Its massive design provides a maximum flexibility both from thin materials to sheet thicknesses up to 3 mm aluminium. Nevertheless its machine elements, e.g. the bending beam, are very compact and provide maximum safely in front of the machine.

IWith MAB/CNC version with SCHECHTL CNC Touch Control and a motor driven back gauge bending sheets of 3 m is a one-man job.

Model MAE is a motor driven bending machine with a capacity of max. 3,0 mm (related to 3100 mm working length). The upper beam is driven by spindels. In conbination with our patented goats foot tooling (Click System) model MAE is the perfect machine for industrial application.

The work sheet is led through upper- and under beam and clamped with upper beam. So the piece doesn't slide forwards being clamped and the accuracy is preserved. The upper beam can be opened to approx. 210 mm.

Model MAE is also available with segmented goats foot tooling with the new Click System (see accessories) to bend boxes and pans.

Changing from standard tools to goats foot tooling is very easy and a one-man job using our standard tool change device.
